My lady and I were very impressed by this business. We had being buying used cars through Marketplace without much luck. We needed an SUV and in a hurry because we work in different cities. Jim was extremely patient and encouraging as we showed up and test drove a few of his Jeeps. We kept him past his quitting time but we got it all worked out and bought a 2015 Jeep Patriot yesterday.He is very transparent with the cars and the agreements. Recommended you go to him if you want to buy an affordable, yet clean and nice vehicle. Thank you guys 👍

Jim at Elk Avenue Autos was wonderful. My car gave up the ghost finally and we were a 3 driver family with 1 car. Looked on-line and most cars were overpriced. Went and test drove a few I could afford and there major problems with how they ran. Saw the prices on Elk Avenue's cars and they were great. All I saw were rated good to great by Carfax. Test drove two and both ran beautifully. Picked one and Jim said he'd hold it for me until I got financing. Had to go to 3 places to get a loan because I had no credit since I hadn't had a loan or credit card in years. Tn Eastman credit union finally did it but it was past closing when it was done but I called Jim and he waited on me and stayed well past time he closes. He had everything ready for me. He was great through the process, never pushy and made me feel like he genuinely wanted me to get what I needed for my sake not for his sale. I'm gonna get a car for my daughter as soon as I can and I will definitely go to Jim at Elk Avenue when I do.

Jim was great. He placed me into a 2018 Chevy Equinax. Very nice vehicle with all the bells and whistles. I highly recommend Elk Auto and Jim to anyone.

Can not recommend them enough. They have a variety of reliable vehicles and are willing to work with you to get you in the vehicle that checks off all of your boxes. They're friendly, responsive and informative. They helped me find my BMW in the price range I was looking for and their service department helped ensure it would be dependable and clean. Excellent team and service.
